PURPOSE: A defrost grill structure for a vehicle is provided to prevent leakage of cold/hot air from the gap formed between the defrost grill and defrost duct. CONSTITUTION: A defrost grill(10) comprises a discharge passage(11) formed at the center of the main body of the defrost grill; and a guide blade arranged in the discharge passage, which guides the cold/hot air being discharged through the discharge passage. The defrost grill is mounted in a defrost duct(20) connected to a heater or an air conditioner arranged in the vehicle. The defrost grill includes a plate member(30) having a coupling hole(31) for coupling with the defrost grill. The plate member is mounted in the defrost duct in such a manner that the plate member covers the outer surface of the defrost duct. The defrost grill is assembled to the defrost duct through a foam sealing(40) so as to prevent leakage of cold/hot air from the gap formed between the defrost grill and the defrost duct.
