The fixing member has cross-piece having cutting edge joining the lateral legs in upper part of the casing. The vertical slit is O-shaped. The teeth are spaced on the outer leg surface. The base has opening with longitudinal radial recesses. The opening links the threaded canal and vertical slit. The longitudinal radial recesses are located on front and back surfaces of the base.
