PURPOSE: Structure of a dead weight is provided to secure stable combining performance of a portion combining with a gearshift lever by improving structure of the dead weight. CONSTITUTION: Structure of a dead weight includes a lower body(10) inserted into the shaft of a gearshift lever; an upper body(20) inserted into the shaft of the gearshift lever and disposed to the upper side of the lower body; a pressurizing combining unit(30) vertically pressurizing and combining the lower body and the upper body; and an elastic deformation unit(40) interposed between the lower and upper bodies. The pressurizing combining unit elastically deforms the elastic deformation unit, in the inner diameter direction and thus, the elastically deforming unit gives frictional pressure to the gearshift lever.
