PURPOSE: A mouse operated by a foot, an operation method thereof, and a computer using the same are provided to improve a work environment and the use ability of handicapped persons and to improve the convenience and the work efficiency of general users. CONSTITUTION: A body(46) can be separated into an upper and a lower body(44), and the foot is placed on the body(46). The first input button(24) is placed on the upper body(42) and is clicked by the force of a big toe. The second input button(26) is placed on the lower body(44) and is clicked by the force of a heel. A length adjuster adjusts length according to the length of the user's foot by joining the upper body(42) with the lower body(44). A ball(36) is rolled by the movement of the foot by exposing the ball(42) to the partial back surface of the body(46). A position calculator(30) produces the coordinates of a mouse pointer displayed on a screen according to the movement of the ball(36).
