PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To refer to the Web content provided by URL even in an environment where only transmitting and receiving of e-mail can be performed. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a first step for receiving the e-mail including Web site information received by a user terminal from the user terminal of a distribution requester, a second step for extracting the Web site information included in the e-mail by analyzing the received e-mail, a third step for acquiring the Web content from a Web site indicated by the extracted Web site information, and a fourth step for sending back the e-mail to the user terminal of the distribution requester by making the e-mail to which the acquired Web content is added.
