PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which enables an easy capacity adjustment and is suitable for speeding up and improving the high accuracy of the capacity adjustment, and to provide its capacity adjustment method. SOLUTION: An external electrode has a first external electrode and a second external electrode for acquiring a capacity, and a third external electrode for trimming, and each external electrode is not in electrical connection on the surface of a laminated body. An internal electrode has first inner electrodes 101 to 106 electrically connected to only the first external electrode, a second internal electrode 201 electrically connected to the second external electrode and the third external electrode, and third internal electrodes 302 to 305 electrically connected to the third external electrode alone. Consequently, one of the third inner electrodes 302 to 305 in parallel connection is electrically disconnected with the second external electrode, thus reducing an electrostatic capacity by cutting or omitting the third external electrode for trimming.
