PURPOSE: An automatic control method of a washing or decontaminating machine by using liquid carbon dioxide and a device thereof are provided to operate the system automatically or semiautomatically by transferring liquid carbon dioxide with pressure or weight difference between containers and vaporization latent heat without a liquid transfer pump. CONSTITUTION: A washing or decontaminating machine by using liquid carbon dioxide is composed of a storage tank(11) storing liquid carbon dioxide; an agitator(13) washing or decontaminating; a carburetor(19) regenerating waste carbon dioxide after washing; a cooling/heating unit(22) keeping constant temperature of the storage tank; a hydraulic opening unit(14) opening the door of the agitator; a magnetic agitator(16) rotating a rotating tub(17) of the agitator; a booster(32) evaporating liquid carbon dioxide and supplying to the storage tank; a condenser(21) cooling gas compressed by the booster; and valves and pipes. Liquid carbon dioxide is transferred by using pressure or weight difference between containers and latent heat. The system is operated automatically or semiautomatically by dividing into five processes and interlocking processes. |
