PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an escape guiding system at disaster in limited facilities capable of instantaneously automatically detecting the occurrence of disaster, and the presence or absence of remainders, and immediately and automatically providing the best evacuation route information to quicken and support the lifesaving activity. SOLUTION: The entrance and exist information such as a name, a portable telephone number, the presence or absence of handicapped persons, and an age of a person coming in a building 2 or a person coming out from the building 2 are stored in a coming-in-and-out person database 22 by a data carrier 4 every coming in and out occasions. When the disaster such as the fire occurs in the building 2, the disaster is detected by a disaster detecting sensor 15, the data such as the remainder information and the presence or absence of handicapped persons or aged persons in the building 2 is outputted from the coming-in-and-out person database 22, and the optimum evacuation route retrieved from an optimum evacuation route selecting part 28 is informed to each of the remainders. With respect to the handicapped or aged persons, their present positions are confirmed by the portable telephone to perform the special saving activity.
