ON-VEHICLE SPEAKER ATTACHING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: To simplify a speaker attaching structure and improve a speaker attaching rigidity without damaging the acoustic characteristic of the speaker, with respect to an on-vehicle speaker attaching structure. CONSTITUTION: The on-vehicle speaker attaching structure has a speaker unit 1 holding a speaker main body 11 and having a plurality of claw portions 13, and has a panel member 3 having a formed opening portion 4 and a plurality of formed slits 5. Also, the plurality of claw portions 13 are so inserted respectively into the plurality of slits 5 as to attach the speaker unit 1 to the panel member 3 by its circumferential rotation. Further, in the on-vehicle speaker attaching structure, the opening portion 4 has a smaller dimension than the diameter of a speaker housing 12 and so has at least three linear portions 41 that the slits 5 are formed respectively on the outer sides than the three linear portions 41 and on the inner sides than the outer peripheral circle of the speaker housing 12.
