PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an option item management system capable of quickly selecting a desired option item. SOLUTION: The option item management system is provided with a management center 1 having a storage means 14 storing information of the option item and the using example and a control means 11 outputting data of the option item and the using example from the storage means 14 on the basis of a command of a machine kind of a construction machine requested by a customer and the using purpose. Thus, the customer requesting the option item accesses the management center from the office or work spot by the terminal equipment, searches the requested option item and confirms the actual using example and attaching example of the option item by still images or moving images and thus the option item is accurately and quickly obtained.
