PURPOSE: A composition containing, as an active ingredient, ticlopidine for suppressing corneal angiogenesis and a method of manufacturing the same are provided, thereby inhibiting corneal angiogenesis, and used for treatment of diseases related to the cornea. CONSTITUTION: A composition for inhibiting corneal angiogenesis contains ticlopidine(formula 1) as an active ingredient. The composition is manufactured by dissolving ticlopidine in 24% of an ethyl alcohol solution concentrated 1-5mM. The ethyl alcohol solution is prepared by dissolving 24% of hydron (hydroxyethylmethacrylate) in a solvent of ethyl alcohol.
