PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing icing of a PCV(Positive Crankcase Ventilation) hose is provided to prevent icing of a nipple part of the PCV hose during mixture of hot and humid blow-by gas and cold atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises an air guide(20) formed to allow introduced air to slopingly flow without directly colliding against a front side of a nipple(19) through which a PCV hose(16) is connected to a surge tank(15), having a bottom fixed in the surge tank by a bolt, and covering only 2/3 of a blow-by gas outlet not to interrupt discharge of blow-by gas; a connecting hose(30) connecting middle parts of the PCV hose and a breeder hose(18); a first valve(32) formed on a location on which the connecting hose and the breeder hose are branched to control flowing direction of fluid; a second valve formed on a location on which the connecting hose and the breeder hose are joined to control flowing direction of fluid; and a control part controlling the first valve and the second valve depending on working state of an engine(10). The first valve and the second valve are formed to guide blow-by gas flowing back through the breeder hose when the engine is under high-load to the PCV hose through the connecting hose.
