PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reversible heat-sensitive recording medium in which the wear resistance of a protective layer is improved and the deterioration of a liquid crystalline compound by an ultraviolet ray is prevented and to provide an information recording display card. SOLUTION: The reversible heat-sensitive recording medium 10 comprises a rewritable heat-sensitive recording layer 12 containing a liquid crystalline compound exhibiting a cholesteric liquid crystal phase provided on a base 11, and the protective layer 15 provided on the recording layer 12. The protective layer 15 contains an ultraviolet curable resin as a main component, and a lubricating material and/or an ultraviolet absorber. The information recording display card has the recording medium 10 as a visible information display unit. An information recording display system can be constituted by using the information recording display card.
