PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin bag having an opening extending from a barrel as a fold, in which the opening is easy to open by making the fold smoothly stand, and articles can be conveniently put in/out through the opening which is made as wide as possible. SOLUTION: The bag 1 made of a synthetic resin has an opening extending from a barrel as a fold 2. Adhesive regions 7 are provided inwardly in the bag body to narrow a border 10 between the fold 2 and a bag body in a facing distance at both side ends. The adhesive regions 7 are formed with cuts 8 for cutting tension working toward both side ends of the fold 2 by a swell due to an article wrapped in the bag body 1 with cut ends at both side ends of a side seal 3.
