PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing construction method for a manhole lid receiving frame capable of realizing filling accuracy of a filler, and capable of optimizing hardening in lid height adjusting execution work of an existing manhole under a road surface. SOLUTION: This execution method installs the lid receiving frame 4 of a manhole 1, and is composed of a first process of adjusting an interval between an upper surface of an upper concrete block 3 and an installing flange 41 formed in a lower part of the lid receiving frame by a lid height adjusting device 5, a second process of arranging prescribed clearance between an upper surface of the installing flange of the lid receiving frame and an under surface of a regulating ring 10 of a regulating lid 9, and third process of arranging inner- outer forms 6 and 7 over an inner peripheral surface of the upper concrete block, an inner peripheral surface of the installing flange 41 of the lid receiving frame, the outer peripheral surface, and an outer peripheral surface of the regulating ring of the regulating lid, and regulating and hardening an upper surface of the filler by the regulating ring 10 of the regulating lid by pouring the filler.
