PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door switch for a vehicle capable of preventing the breakage of an integrally formed part such as a locking part of a case and a mounting plate and providing stable operation. SOLUTION: This door switch for the vehicle is provided with the case 1 having an opening part on a door side, a slide body 5 which is slidably stored in the case 1 and in which a push rod part 3a is energized so as to protrude from the opening part, and the mounting plate 6 having a through hole 6b in which the push rod part 3a is inserted and integrated with the case 1 by locking in the case 1 and is turned on and off electrically by coming-in and protrusion of the push rod part 3a in accordance with pressing of the slide body 5 due to opening and closing of a door. A spacer 9 whose top face 9a is positioned at a position where it protrudes on a slightly door side more than a top face 3a1 of the push rod part 3a in which the slide body 5 is pressed down to an inner bottom face of the case 1 is arranged in the vicinity of the through hole 6b in the mounting plate 6.
