PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo gear device and a vehicle loaded with it capable of realizing a labor-saving of a worker by automating an unloading of a baggage. SOLUTION: Since the cargo gear device is made to a constitution that a lifting structure 15 is turned in a vertical plane and is extended/contracted by a turning lifting mechanism 16 having a hydraulic cylinder 17 to unload a gas cylinder 12 retained by a lifting base 14 of the lifting structure 15, an unloading of the gas cylinder 12 is automated to realize a labor-saving of the worker. The lifting structure 15 is contracted while it is upwardly turned in the vertical plane. Whereas, the lifting structure 15 is extended while it is downwardly turned in the vertical plane. Therefore, a space required for turning of the lifting structure 15 can be made small.
