PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a physique of an interior unit part in a vehicular width direction in a vehicular air conditioner installed with a blower part in a vehicular front side of a heat exchanging part of the interior unit part. SOLUTION: An inside/outside air change-over part 11, the blower part 12 and the heat exchanging part 13 are provided in the interior unit part 10 arranged in an instrument panel side. In the interior unit part 10, the heat exchanging part 13 is arranged in a vehicular rear side, the blower part 12 is arranged in a vehicular front side of the heat exchanging part 13, the inside/outside air change-over part 11 is arranged in an upper side of the blower part 12, the blower part 12 is arranged offset to one side in the vehicular width direction with respect to a center of the heat exchanging part 13 in the vehicular width direction, and a connection duct 15 leading led-in air from the inside/outside air change-over part 11 to the blower part 12 is arranged in an opposite side of the blower part 12 in regard to the vehicular width direction of the heat exchanging part 13.
