PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a framework construction for a framework construction of a low-rise building released from fabrication labor for lintel and restrictions for opening height by eliminating lintels at the upper portions of openings of the building by utilizing advantages of a steel house and reinforcing the disadvantages. SOLUTION: A bearing wall panel 7 is constituted by installing face bars or braces to a wall frame member made of a lightweight sheet steel thereby supporting a floor panel 14 and a roof by the concrete beam at the top of bearing wall; for a steel house of several stories formed with an opening 8 in a wall, the concrete beam is constituted with the shape steel, a space between the concrete beam 5 of this shape steel and the bearing wall and the floor panel 14 is jointed with a bolt, and no lintel is provided at the top of the opening and the space is opened up to the portion directly below the concrete beam as the features of this construction.
