PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant circuit surely adjusting the amount of circulated refrigerant, whereby the overheat operation or the wet operation is prevented, and the operation with the proper amount of refrigerant is performed. SOLUTION: This refrigerant circuit comprises a compressor 25, a gas cooler 26, a decompressing mechanism 27 and an evaporator 28, and uses the supercritical refrigerant used under supercritical. A receiver 43 is mounted at a high pressure side. An adjustment valve 44 is mounted for adjusting a flow rate of the refrigerant passed through the receiver. An opening of the adjustment valve 44 is adjusted on the basis of at least one of an external temperature and a superheat degree to adjust a temperature of the receiver 43 to be close to a target receiver temperature.
