PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent meander of a belt by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The device has a roller main body 53 over which a transfer belt 62 is wrapped, a pair of fixed flanges 51 and 52 disposed on both sides of the roller main body, a flange portion 51c formed on one of the fixed flanges 51 in such a manner as to project from the peripheral face of the roller main body, and a slide flange 57 disposed on the other flange 52 in such a manner as to freely slide. The device also has a spring 59 that presses the slide flange to the other fixed flange, and a flange portion 57c formed on the slide flange in such a manner as to project from the peripheral face of the roller main body. Both edges of the transfer belt 62 are controlled by the flange portion 51c of the one of the fixed flanges 51 and the flange portion 57c of the slide flange 57. |
