PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing which facilitates the manufacture and mold correction of a metal mold for molding a rib part by dispensing with the deburring work of the packing having the rib, and further improves the working efficiency of the manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This packing 30 comprises a packing body 32 and the rib 34, and molded by injecting a material to a cavity 46 formed by a first metal mold body 42 and a second metal mold body 44. The rib 34 protruded from the side surface of the packing 30 is formed in a position displaced from a parting line P that is the joint part of the first metal mold body 42 to the second metal mold body 44.
