PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swiftly measure intracellular anti-disruption responses attributable to endocrine disrupting chemicals by using near infrared spectrochemical analysis. SOLUTION: The method comprises a process wherein near infrared rays having an wavelength of 800-2500 nm are applied to a culture solution, a process wherein rays reflected by or transmitted through the solution are received and the intensity is detected by a sensor of the wavelengths falling in the near infrared domain for the measurement of the absorbance spectrum, and a process wherein one or more wavelengths as specified are selected from the absorbance spectrum for measuring the intracellular anti-disruption response attributable endocrine disrupting chemicals in the culture solution.
