PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gauge variable bogie for a rolling stock whose right and left wheels can be surely energized and a railway train provided with it. SOLUTION: A cylindrical member having one cylinder part 15a provided integrally with one wheel 6 and the other cylinder part 15b connected to be rotated with the one cylinder part 15a and provided integrally with the other wheel 6 is provided covering an axle 3, the one cylinder part 15a an the other cylinder part 15b are constituted movably in the axial direction of the axle 3, and an expandable conductor 16 whose one end is connected to the one cylinder part 15a with the other end to the other cylinder part 15b so that the right and left wheels 6 are electrically connected all the time regardless of the gauge.
