PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door stopper, which can prevent a looseness generated between a door under an open state and a door fixing base and can operate the holding of the open state of the door and the release of the holding of the open state of the door easily in the standing posture of a user, and a supporter available for supporting a lightweight article at a low cost in a comparatively small size. SOLUTION: A magnet type mounting-demounting instrument is composed of a magnet base 2 in which a demagnetized state and an excited state can be changed over, a supporting member 4 supporting the magnet base 2, a lever 3a being installed to the magnet base 2 and being capable of changing over the demagnetized state and excited state of the magnet base 2 and iron pieces arranged at places corresponding to the main attraction surfaces of the magnet base 2.
