PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or avoid such an abnormal phenomenon as containing foams on the occasion of thermal sticking by integral molding with a PP bottle or an HDPE bottle or can which is molded in a mold for blow molding or injection molding of the PP bottle or the HDPE bottle, in regard to a pearlescent synthetic paper roll label. SOLUTION: A composition is constituted by combining different composites of a printed paper-like layer, a foamed intermediate layer and an in-mold sticking label layer, by using directly two sub-extruders 11 and 13 and one main extruder 12, and it is co-extruded from a T-die 14 to be a three-layer laminated resin composition. This composition is further passed through steps of cooling molding 2, biaxial orientation 3, a process 4, a corona treatment 5, winding 6, etc., and thereby a three-layer, co-extruded, biaxially oriented, pearlescent synthetic paper roll label used for in-mold integral molding is manufactured. |
