FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: method of studding-up wheel tyres comes to cutting holes in tyre grousers according to preset pattern of arrangement of antiskid studs, fitting antiskid studs in said holes and securing them in holes. Holes are cut and antiskid studs are fitted in tyre heated to temperature higher than tyre curing temperature, and antiskid studs are fixed in holes owing to cooling of tyre. EFFECT: improved reliability of fixing of antiskid studs in tyres. |
