PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side panel in which an upper slope cut face of a side panel body is made into a shape being not squarish and being hardly broken by collision of a thing and a counter-supporting projecting panel part for supporting a dining counter is projectingly formed and the lower part thereof is made into a cavity being an entrance of a drawer door to provide an space hole and the side panel is fixed on a floor face and installed on the side face part of the sink stand. SOLUTION: Projecting R-shapes 4 and a recessed R-shape 5 are provided on the top face part of a sink 3 above the side panel body 2 to form an inclined cut face into a wavy inclination cut shape edge 6 and a counter-supporting side face projecting panel part 8 is allowed to project along it in the depth direction of the dining counter and the space hole 11 through which the drawer door 10 can be put in and out is provided on the lower part thereof and the side panel body 2 is fixed on the floor face 13 by means of a panel supporting tool 12 and the dining counter 7 is connected with the side face of a set sink stand 1.
