PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound reflecting board suited for a concert and a solo performance with a few audience. SOLUTION: This sound reflecting board comprises a movable mount 1 having casters 1a in the lower end, a fixed reflecting board 2 erected on the mount 1, a movable reflecting board 3 disposed to the back side of the fixed reflecting board 2 and having its lower end part movably connected to a guide support 5 erected on the mount 1 so as to be raised/lowered, and a traction body 4 having one end connected to the lower end part of the movable reflecting board 3, the other end wound around winding means 6 installed on the mount 1, and its intermediate part interposed by a pulley 7 retained to the upper end of the guide support 5.
