PURPOSE: Provided is a production equipment of polished rice using ozone which lets water or air having ozone projected into a polisher and a storage part to sterilize micro-parasite in the rice so that it prevents the rice from being deteriorated. CONSTITUTION: The production equipment of the polished rice using ozone comprises the parts of: the polisher(10) which consists of a hopper(11) to project the polished rice, a nozzle(13) to spray ozone water, a pole part(14) to let a screw have friction with the polished rice, a feeding hole for ozone water(12) and a release part(15) to release the fallen polished rice; a conveyer(20) which transfers the released polished rice to a storage part(40); an ozone generator(30) which supplies air having ozone to a supply part for ozone gas(41); and the storage part which lets the supply part for ozone gas receive air from the ozone generator and project into a storage tool.
