The invention concerns a refrigerating package for transporting heat-sensitive elements (3), comprising several parts independent from one another, including an external container (1) with at least heat insulation capacity capable of receiving several preservation cases (2), and a plurality of preservation cases (2) having internal walls with at least refrigerating capacity, based on polymer with cooling effect, designed to contain each an element (3) and to be placed in the container (1). The cases (2), when removed from the container (1) during travel, enable to transport each element independently of the others, in cold storage conditions. The inventive package is useful for transporting medicines, in particular vaccine doses.
