PURPOSE: A controller of an automatic valve switch is provided to exactly control according to the pressure into a switching lid by stopping a motor when a moving rod is not operated smoothly and to prevent the breakage of the motor and the switching lid by separating a power transferring gear from a rotating gear though the motor is not stopped. CONSTITUTION: A power transferring gear(60) transmits the rotating force of a motor(30) to a rotating gear(40) by installing between the motor and the rotating gear. A fixing plate(70) of the power transferring gear is rotated leftward and rightward centering around the power transferring gear and fixes the power transferring gear by connecting with the rotating centroid of the power transferring gear. A spring holds the fixing plate of the power transferring gear not to rotate the fixing plate when the rotating gear is rotated smoothly and to rotate the fixing plate when the rotating gear is not rotated smoothly by the excessive pressure to be applied to a switching lid(21). A first isolating switch and a second isolating switch are installed in the left and the right of the rotating direction of the fixing plate not to operate the motor when the fixing plate is rotated over a certain angle. Thereby, the breakage of the motor and the switching lid is prevented.
