PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile system and its print-out method that can reduce the number of recording paper sheets to the utmost without realizing complete paperless scheme. SOLUTION: The facsimile system edits a received facsimile document into an image printable on recording paper sheets whose number is less than the number of pages of the facsimile document and prints out the edited image. When a sender, a storage destination, a document type of the received facsimile document are respectively a particular sender, a particular storage destination and a particular document type, the facsimile system prints out the image in a prescribed form set corresponding to the particular sender, the particular storage destination and the particular document type independently of the number of pages of the facsimile document.
