PURPOSE: A telephone call system for automatically dialing by using voice recognition and a service method thereof are provided to prevent double payment of a user and a receiver and prevent overload of a voice recognition server. CONSTITUTION: A control part(11) receives a DTMF(Dual Tone Multi-Frequency) signal transmitted from a voice recognition server(30) for terminating connection with the voice recognition server(30), and controls automatic dial to a telephone number of a receiver. A memory part(12) stores the DTMF signal. A DTMF signal receiving part(13) receives the DTMF signal for providing the DTMF signal to the control part(11). A key input part(14) has a plurality of figure keys and function keys, and outputs key data to the control part(11). A display part(15) displays display data of the key data. A line interface part(31) is connected to telephone lines. A voice recognition part(32) extracts a voice signal of a user from the signals received through the line interface part(31) for converting the voice signal into a digital signal and comparing with a preliminarily stored reference pattern to recognize a voice. A memory part(33) stores a use information message and telephone data. A DTMF signal generating part(34) converts the telephone data of the receiver into the DTMF signal. A DTMF signal transmitting part(35) transmits the DTMF signal to the user. A control part(36) controls the line interface part(31), the voice recognition part(32), the memory part(33) and the DTMF signal generating part(34).
