PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card processing method capable of assuring a safety against use of an IC card by preventing a program analysis and an illegal use and performing the authentication of an IC card user in the processing by an information terminal device using the IC card. SOLUTION: This IC card processing method uses the IC card having a memory storing a program for the information terminal device and the information terminal device for executing the processing based on the program for the information terminal device read from the memory of the IC card. When the processing is performed by the information terminal device using the IC card, the program for the information terminal device stored in the memory of the IC card is downloaded in the storage means of the information terminal device through an IC card reader/writer and, in the information terminal device, the processing is performed based on the downloaded program. |
