PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snap ring assembling device capable of assembling various kinds of snap rings of different diameters in an assembling groove in a workpiece. SOLUTION: In this snap ring assembling device, plural snap guide jigs 51 are disposed roughly in a circumferential direction. In this snap guide jig 51, a guide surface 51c to hold the snap ring R is formed. These snap guide jigs 51 are driven by a jig diameter expanding mechanism 32 to move in diametric directions. A push-in jig 52 is provided to each snap guide jig 51. The push-in jig 52 is interlocked with diametric move of the snap guide jig 51 to move in the diametric direction, while relatively moving in an axial line direction along the guide surface 51c to the snap guide jig 51. The push-in jig 52 feeds the snap ring R held by the guide surface 51c toward the assembling groove W1 in the workpiece W.
