PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of facilitating a discovery of a black box and certainly recovering it when an air craft or a ship is wrecked. SOLUTION: The black box or the like loaded on the air craft or the ship by a rule and fixed to a craft body is hardly discovered/recovered when it is sunk in deep sea. This invention relates to a mechanism which records a position at the moment when an impact is received by some events and in which a machine formed by combining a plurality of voice recorders or black boxes and GPS having the same mechanism are removed from the air craft or the ship separately from the instrument fixed thereto as a rule at the time of the disaster. The present position is dispatched at a spontaneously determined frequency by a power source self-contained in the removed transmitter depending on an action of tricle charge from the air craft or the ship body and a place of accident is simply specified from a record even if the GPS combined device itself is moved. The mechanism is a complete water-proofing structure and is hardly sunk in deep sea since it can be floated. The mechanism is easily discovered at the time of a search and can be certainly recovered.
