PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane grip device capable of securing sufficient sealing performance in a closing state of a door, and capable of miniaturizing the whole device without the possibility of illicit lock breaking when necessary. SOLUTION: A packing member 10 for surrounding a passing opening part 9 of a hook plate 8 is arranged on the front side of a bottom wall part 4 of a receiving recessed part 2. A spring member 14 is installed between a fixing case 1 and a grip plate 3 for rotatably energizing the grip plate 3 in the direction for being set in the fixing case 1. When setting the grip plate 3 in the receiving recessed part 2 in the closing state of the door, the packing member 10 is pressed between a blocking-up plate 5 and the bottom wall part 4 of the receiving recessed part 2, and the opening part 9 is blocked up. A lock unit 7 installed in a tip part of the grip plate 3 is housed between the grip plate 3 and the blocking-up plate 5, and the hook plate 8 is arranged on the blocking-up plate 5.
