PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double glass window device useful also to fire suppression in case of fire as well as the complete interception of sunlight. SOLUTION: A solution adding coloring matter to an incombustible solvent having such a property as a fire fighting operation can be made by generating a prescribed gas in the case of taking fire as well as a flame-retardant solvent or a solution adding coloring matter to the flame-retardant solvent such as various kinds having the high flashing point, a low fluidized very low viscosity silicone oil, a low viscosity lubricating oil, a flame-retardant solvent or the like is injected into a double glass window 10 to enable the spreading of a fire to prevent more or less by the solution or the like filled into the inside of the glass window while breaking in case of fire, heat is generated by a heat generation member 150 to make thermal expansion of a mercury solution and/or an air in a solution tank 120, and the mercury solution in the solution tank 120 is supplied to the inside of the double glass window 10 to enable the sunlight to completely intercept.
