PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an upper partition wall and a chassis of a power generator to which the upper partition wall is connected, from vibrating, and to prevent noise, which are caused by transmission of vibration occurred by pulsation of an engine to the upper partition wall through an intake chamber, when the intake chamber is fixed to the upper partition wall by welding, when a roof plate of a sound-proof case of the power generator chassis is placed at a high position, the upper partition wall is provided between the roof plate and an upper surface of the engine, and an exhaust duct is defined between the upper partition wall and the roof plate. SOLUTION: A vibration-proof body 80 made of an elastic material is provided between an intake chamber 15 and a support portion on the chassis side of the intake chamber.
