PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitheft device for construction equipment, which can be easily locked/unlocked, and simplifies the structure thereof as much as possible in a range that makes theft difficult. SOLUTION: The antitheft device is comprised of a connecting means and stoppers. The connecting means connects traveling levers on both sides of the construction equipment, to each other, to thereby disable traveling of the construction equipment except for linear traveling. The stoppers are arranged on rod portions of the respective traveling levers, for mounting the connecting means on the traveling levers at a height location that facilitates locking operation of the construction equipment.
