EASY-TO-ASSEMBLE OPTICAL CONNECTOR WITH ANCHOR MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-assemble optical connector with an anchor member which increases the strength reliability of an optical fiber against drawing by properly fixing an optical fiber support tensile-strength member when an optical fiber cable is fitted to the optical connector. SOLUTION: After a support wire 121 incorporated in an indoor optical fiber cable 12 is fixedly fitted to a support wire anchor part with a support wire anchor component 6 together with an optical fiber which is made to abut against a rear end of another optical fiber in a ferrule component 2 and then connected, the ferrule component 2 and support wire anchor component 6 are fixedly connected with an anchor component 5 and a housing component 3 and a boot component 4 are combined thereupon.
