SOLUTION: A recording head for recording by driving an energy generating member in response to a recording signal and ejecting ink drops from a plurality of nozzle openings made through an orifice plate comprises, as regulating means for obtaining an optimal ink drop depending on the viscosity of ink, a means for detecting the ink temperature, a means for controlling heating of ink, and a means for controlling the driving waveform of the energy generating member. |
