PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluid device comprising a very small unbonded part with which at least two members constituting the microfluid device are brought into contact without being bonded. SOLUTION: The microfluid device which is provided is constituted in such a way that at least one from among the two members contained as components reaches the surface at least on one side of the member, that the member comprises a defect part forming a flow channel of a fluid, that both members are bonded by making use of a formation part of the defect part as a contact face, that the other from among the two members is formed as an unbonded part with reference to a nondefective part in one from among the members, that the unbonded part comes into contact with a part of the nondefective part in a normal state so as to cut off the flow channel and that the flow channel is set to continuity when the unbonded part is deformed.
