PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction adjusting device which can easily switch between a normal mode for adjusting the wind direction and a wind direction characteristic mode for diffusing air. SOLUTION: This device has an oscillation link 5 linked with a plurality of blades 3 provided at an air outlet and a wind direction adjusting means 6 linked with the oscillation link 5, and a choice can be made between the normal mode which adjusts the direction of parallel wind blown out of the air outlet by moving the oscillation link 5 vertically with the wind direction adjusting means 6 and the wind direction characteristic mode which diffuses or concentrates air blown out of the air outlet by inclining one end of the oscillation link 5 toward the center with the wind direction adjusting means 6 so that an operation to freely adjust the wind direction of the air blown out of the air outlet as the parallel wind by each of the blades 3 or to diffuse it to blow toward occupants can be enabled continuously with the single wind direction adjusting means 6, which is excellent in operability.
