PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding machine wherein a relatively arbitrary number of sets of molds and clamping devices can be installed and which is suitable for a wide range of production from production of small batches of many sorts of products to production of large batches of few sorts of products. SOLUTION: While openings of four sets of molds 21, 22, 23 and 24 are directed to the die 11 side, the molds 21, 22, 23 and 24 adjacent to each other are disposed back to back and the molds 21, 22, 23 and 24 are juxtaposed in the direction of opening and closing thereof so that they can travel. An extruder 1 is disposed at a right angle to the juxtaposed molds 21, 22, 23 and 24, and the molds 21, 22, 23 and 24 are so provided that those positioned just nearby the die 11 are moved to just under the die 11, in a state of being opened.
