PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure capable of easily fitting an armrest to a seat body. SOLUTION: The armrest 13 is provided with a connecting part 2 to which a locking member 4 is connected, and a seat body 11 is provided with a fitting part 3 to which a locking member 4 is fitted. The locking member 4 has a body part 5 connected to the connecting part 2 to rotate in a designated range of angle and receiving torque when it is rotated exceeding the designated range of angle to the connecting part 2, an extended part 6 extended from the body part 5, and an engagement part 7 provided in a part of the extended part 6. In the locking member 4, the body part 5 receives torque when the armrest 13 is rotated to the seat body 1 with the engagement part 7 engaged with the fitting part 3, the extended part 6 is deformed by the torque to vary the gap between the body part 5 and the engagement part 7, whereby the locking member 4 is mounted on the mounting part 3 by the deformation force. The extended part 6 is provided with a locking part 8b for constraining the deformation of the extended part 6 to keep the fitting state of the locking member 4.
