PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool for the inner surface of a pipe capable of certainly and easily cleaning dusts such as cut chips deposited on the inner surface of the cut pipe, a method for cleaning the inside of the pipe and a method for laying pipes using it. SOLUTION: The cleaning tool for the inner surface of a pipe is provided with scraping elements 11 of which at least outer periphery part comprises an elastically deformable sponge; a connection means bendably connecting a plurality of scraping elements 11 in series; and a bendable traction material 21 such as a wire for pulling tips ends of a plurality of scraping elements 11 connected in series. The inner surface of the pipe is cleaned by inserting the cleaning tool from a non-cut side of the pipe and drawing it out to a cut side.
