PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive film most suitable for an electric double-layer capacitor collector in which a block copolymer, such as SEBS is used, has a superior electrolyte-resistance, its internal resistance is small, and is easily manufactured by a casting method, and to provide an electrically conductive paint in which a block copolymer, such as SEBS, used for its manufacturing is used and has a superior viscosity stability. SOLUTION: The electric-current collecting, electrically conductive film is used for the electric double-layer capacitor, which includes an elastomer, coconsisting of (1) a hydrogen additive of 10-90 wt.% of the block copolymer made of an aromatic vinyl compound whose content of bond unit of aromatic vinyl compound is 10-40 wt.% and of a conjugated dien and (2) a hydrogen additive of 90-10 wt.% of a random copolymer made of an aromatic vinyl compound, whose content of bond unit of aromatic vinyl compound is 5-30 wt.% as well as an electrically conductive filler. These components are contained in an electrically conductive paint used to manufacture the film. |
