PURPOSE: A flat panel sound radiator with enhanced audio performance is provided to be capable of clearly reproducing low frequency band sound and considerably increasing the level of sound pressure. CONSTITUTION: A flat panel sound radiator with enhanced audio performance includes a panel. The panel includes a pair of shell parts(21) made of the first material and a core part(18) made of the second material inserted between the shell parts. The flat panel sound radiator further includes an exciter(22) connected with the upper shell part of the panel for supplying vibration to the panel. At this time, the second material has a high Young's modulus and tangent delta. Preferably, the second material has a Young's modulus of about 1 x10¬n N/m, or higher and a tangent delta of about 0.05, or higher. At this time, the 'n' of the '10¬n', is 10.
